Products are designed through a structured process, incorporating broker and client feedback, and undergo internal approval before launch. We maintain an ongoing review process, including monitoring performance, claims experience, and feedback, with formal product reviews at least annually or sooner if needed. 

Brokers receive clear documentation, training, and support, and their input helps shape product evolution while maintaining strong governance and accountability.
